Terms of Sales

  • There is tax, however, it is included in the sale price.
  • Computers are warranted to be in operating condition at time of sale, however, goods are sold as is; no other guarantees or warranties apply.
  • Returns accepted within 3 (three) business days only. After three business days no returns or refunds will be issued.
  • Sale is for equipment item only, and does not include any training, support, or consultation services. No additional services provided.
  • All payments must be made in person at the CLC Bookstore / Business Office. We are not able to accept payment over the phone, through the mail, or online.
  • All items must be picked up in person at the CLC Bookstore on the Brainerd campus.  We are not able to ship any items.  Orders will be ready for pickup 24 hours after being placed.  You can call 218-855-8248 to verify if your order is ready for pickup.  Pickup times are restricted to 9 AM – 3 PM, Monday – Friday.  Upon request we will arrange delivery to the CLC Bookstore on the Staples campus, but allow extra time for order processing.
  • Seller is the lawful owner of the goods and the goods are free from all encumbrances. Seller is not responsible for any support or services to computer hardware, software, or any components included in this sale. Repair and/or replacement is sole responsibility of Buyer.
  • After the sale, buyer shall have all rights and title to the goods in himself/herself and his/her executors, administrators and assigns.
  • Customer is allowed only 1 (one) pending invoice and cannot make any further purchases until that invoice has been resolved. All invoices left unclaimed after 7 (seven) days will be canceled and the items returned to the shelves.
  • We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities.
